Using AdaOne, VOiLA3D successfully produced the EcoStool, crafted with 75% post-consumer recycled plastic. This project posed unique challenges but allowed VOiLA3D to demonstrate the unlimited possibilities of efficiently upcycling waste plastics, locally & on-demand through large scale Robotic FGF 3D Printing Technology. The result is a vibrant, sturdy, and functional stool that highlights meticulous attention to detail in the 3D printing process.
Designed by Shridhar Mamidalaa, Architect & Computational Designer and Founder of SRI Design Labs, the EcoStool truly stands as a “Green product,” reflecting both its vibrant color and dedication to upcycling post-consumer waste plastics.
