When a vehicle was on the brink of being declared a total loss due to an unmanufactured bumper, Additive Manufacturing technology came to the rescue! Using AdaOne, Tec3d was able to 3D print and repair the bumper, saving the vehicle from the scrapyard. Robotics allowed for precise extrusion at optimal angles, eliminating the need for extensive supports and ensuring a perfect print.
